Fees and Funding
Funding
We accept all government funding options and they can be used against ALL our opening hours.
There are now many options to secure childcare funding for your child:
- 30 hours - for children aged 9 months to 4 years. Eligible working families can apply for 30 hours of childcare to use from the term after their child turns 9 months until they reach school age
- 15 hours - all 3 and 4-year-olds who live in England are entitled to this offer irrespective of income levels, benefit status, or family circumstances.
- 15 hours supported 2 year olds - for children aged 2 years. 15 hours early learning for families in England receiving some additional forms of support.
- Universal Credit Childcare - for working families claiming Universal Credit with children under 17. Claim back up to 85% of eligible childcare costs. Upfront childcare costs may be available to eligible parents moving in to work or increasing hours.
- Tax Free Childcare - for eligible working parents who can get a £2 top-up for every £8 towards the cost of their childcare.
- Early Years Pupil Premium - if certain criteria is met, we can apply for extra funding to help support and improve outcomes for eligible children.
Please ensure you apply for your childcare funding option before the deadline. Remember, it is your responsibility to renew your funding codes.

Fees
If you do not qualify for any government funding entitlement or, you need additonal hours above your FREE entitlement, our hours are charged at the below rates.
Fees are charged at:
£5.00 per hour for 3-4 year olds
£6.00 per hour for 2-3 year olds
£6.50 per hours for under 2's
Invoices are sent monthly in advance and payment is due within two weeks of receiving. A late payment fee of £10 is applicable thereafter.
4 weeks’ notice
You are required to provide us with at least 4 weeks’ notice of changing sessions or withdrawing your child. If insufficient notice is given you will be responsible for the full fee for your child for one month from the date of notice. This applies whether the child receives Government funding or not.
Holiday and sickness
Fees are still due if your child is on holiday or absent due to sickness.
Snack charges
We charge an additonal £1 per day to every child. You may opt out of this additional fee upon registering your child.
